Our story
From limited reports to better decisions
Jason and Eric are data scientists in big tech with more than 10 years of experience. They are also vending machine operators, so they understand firsthand how important sales data is for generating better revenue, controlling costs, and preparing the right inventory before every route.
After feeling the pain of very limited reporting from the Haha API, they decided to develop uvend.ai and make better analytics available to the smart cooler operator community.
The goal is practical: help operators spend less time piecing together reports and more time making confident decisions about products, machines, routes, and growth.
